Thighs and wing-thighs steamed in duck fat at low temperature for a long period of time. It is a deliciously seasoned, culinary, yet durable product.
They only need to be heated in their own fat for a few minutes in a pan or oven (covered). The product can be lightly roasted, but care should be taken not to dry it.
The product can be stored for a long time without cooling. It is marketed in both smaller and larger packs, which can also be used in gastronomy.
SMOKED DUCK-BREAST
Assorted, fattened duck breasts, which are seasoned, marinated, smoked and matured in a traditional process. We sell them whole and sliced. For consumption, whole duck breasts should be thinly sliced with a sharp knife.
