Cured Mangalica Sausages

Extra quality sausages are made of carefully selected mangalica thigh and bacon with a large grain-size and three-week maturation. Paprika-sausages are smoked on beechwood-chips, green pepper-garlic and truffled sausages are dry matured.

BBQ Sausages and Patties

Fine fresh mangalica sausages made of paprika and lemon flavors, filled in natural sheep-cases. Merguez-sausages have oriental spicing and a mixture of beef and lamb materials – without any pork meat or fat.

Pátés & Rillettes

Pátés made from the finest parts of mangalica pork. Smoked liver-páté filled in natural cases is Traditional in Hungary. Pátés in jars and bowles are not smoked. All packs work well in gastronomy and reatail too. We offer with fresh crunchy breads, vegetables and a glass of wine.
