DUCK LEG AND WING CONFITS
Thighs and wing-thighs steamed in duck fat at low temperature for a long period of time. It is a deliciously seasoned, culinary, yet durable product. They only need to be heated in their own fat for a few minutes in a pan or oven (covered). The product can be lightly roasted, but care should be taken not to dry it. The product can be stored for a long time without cooling. It is marketed in both smaller and larger packs, which can also be used in gastronomy.
Assorted, fattened duck breasts, which are seasoned, marinated, smoked and matured in a traditional process. We sell them whole and sliced. For consumption, whole duck breasts should be thinly sliced with a sharp knife.
